Position Description:

The advertised position supports the management of the Public & Private Banks division in account and team management.

The cluster currently consists of 6 teams with approximately 80 employees, who support various clients, particularly in the banking sector.

In addition to the 6 team leads and the cluster head, various engagement and project managers are also active in the accounts.

The respective account/project teams consist of up to 30 employees.

The account managers must comply with various internal administrative processes and guidelines, as well as coordinate with customer contacts regarding offers, contracts, and invoices, and track them in internal systems.

In addition, regular planning and reporting tasks need to be carried out and prepared. This also involves coordinating and communicating with all parties involved.


The position reports to the cluster head, but primarily supports the customer teams in terms of administering CGI processes, ensuring timely and accurate preparation and execution through collaboration with various internal departments and our clients.

Other support tasks include preparing and following up on customer and internal meetings within the account and cluster environment, including scheduling and logistics.
