    Description
    Orion Talent, the nation's largest military recruiting firm, is currently recruiting transitioning or former military professionals to be a Quality Manager with an internationally leading aerospace and defense providing innovative, cost-effective Spares, Repairs Services, and Solutions: being a One Stop Shop for the Commercial and Military aircraft operators around the world

    Position Details:

    Title:
    Quality ManagerLocation: Milwaukee, WIShift: M-F 8A - 5P (some variation)

    Compensation:
    $85k - $95k plus bonusBenefits: Company offers an industry-leading benefits package including comprehensive health, dental, life, Short and Long-Term Disability; 401(k) match, vacation, and holidays

    Travel:
    10% travel (training, trade shows, client needs, etc.)

    Vaccine Requirement:
    No

    Position Description:
    Ensure conformance to AS9110 requirements and standards actively participate in maintaining the Quality Manuals and all associated documents. Will work with Director of Quality, Operations, Internal Auditing Teams, and Corrective Action programs for quality systems.


    Requirements:

    • 5+ years of applicable experience or/and a related degree Proficient in aircraft drawings and technical data Experience with ISO 9001:2015, familiarity with AS 9110 strongly preferred Ideal experience/knowledge: Government purchasing systems/processes Foreign Object Damage inspection procedures Electrostatic Discharge Handling Procedures
