- Monitor and maintain the various programs within the company's various Food and Feed Safety Systems.
- Lead the HACCP team in regulatory compliance requirements.
- Lead all the regulatory and customer audits.
- Offer support to the laboratory and assist in the laboratory if needed.
- Provide counsel to customers and assist with 3rd party regulatory compliance.
- Organize and facilitate food safety meetings, and training sessions.
- Supervise a team of quality technicians.
- Work closely with the laboratory department to ensure all products meet customer specifications in colony forming units.
- Bachelor's degree in Science with a laboratory background
- 3 years of quality experience required.
