    They are in need of a Senior Accountant to assist in shaping the future growth and advancement of the company, they seek a candidate who possesses enthusiasm for operational finance, along with a robust comprehension of US GAAP, a proven history of enhancing processes, and adeptness in collaborative teamwork.


    Responsibilities:
    Conduct monthly balance sheet reconciliations and ensure compliance with GAAP standards.
    Assist brand leaders during month-end close by verifying the accuracy of reconciliations.
    Help produce precise and timely month-end reports for management.
    Support interim and year-end audits, including related tasks.
    Prepare year-end financial reports in accordance with GAAP guidelines.
    Manage treasury functions such as consolidating weekly cash forecasts and facilitating wire transfers, ACH payments, and intercompany transactions.
    Contribute to the development and implementation of accounting policies across brands to maintain consistent reporting and bolster internal controls.
    Serve as direct support to the Controller and Finance team by performing additional ad hoc assignments as necessary.

    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree and 2-5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
    Experience with Acumatica is preferred but not required
    Ability to independently managing multiple projects and delivering top-notch results
    Proficient in communicating effectively with colleagues and teams at various organizational levels
    Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring high accuracy levels
    Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
