Description
A key Z Firm client is looking for a Senior Accountant to be responsible for the reconciliation and analysis of all asset accounts on the balance sheet, monthly closing duties, and special projects as needed.
Inventory Summary
Prepare monthly reporting for financial meetings
Fixed Assets
Balance sheet reconciliation & analysis
Assist in preparation of Borrowing Base as it pertains to Accounts Receivable, in-transit shipments, and inventory
Work extensively in current logistics/financial software
Prepare ACH/Wire payments using bank portal (internet)
Prepare and circulate daily/weekly/monthly reports for senior management and accounting staff
Analysis of income statement accounts as necessary
Help prepare for financial audit
Assist in compiling information needed by auditors
Research accounting pronouncements as they affect financial reporting and changes in our business model and presentation
