    Position: Experienced Python Developer

    Location: Remote or in-person in Miami, FL.

    Rethink Technologies, a leading company in construction technology, is looking for an experienced Python Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a key role in developing and implementing our cutting-edge agentic Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) system.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and integrate knowledge and entity graphs to enhance system intelligence and efficiency.
    • Collaborate with the engineering team to design, test, and deploy robust backend solutions.
    • Optimize data handling and retrieval processes using modern database technologies.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in Python programming for large-scale projects.
    • Strong background in working with knowledge or entity graphs.
    • Familiarity with Llama index or similar indexing technologies is a plus.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Proficiency in backend technologies like FastAPI for creating efficient APIs.
    • Experience with MongoDB and PostgreSQL databases.
    • Ability to thrive in an innovative, fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving technologies.
