    Position: Founding Engineer at Rethink

    About Rethink: Rethink is eliminating the time-intensive process of searching for project data in construction projects. Our mission is to create a new standard for the industry, from navigating through static PDFs and emails to utilizing Dynamic Drawings. We achieve this through the Linking Engine, which allows any data source to be connected to any model component within 5 seconds.

    Role Overview: As a Founding Engineer at Rethink, you will play a crucial role in developing our core technology, the Linking Engine. Your responsibilities will include:


    • Collaboratively developing the backend linking mechanism


    • Designing and implementing requirements and milestones


    • Developing new features based on planned roadmaps and direct customer feedback


    • Crafting user-friendly UI/UX

    Qualifications:


    • This role requires proficiency in Python and JavaScript


    • Minimum of 3 years of software engineering experience


    • No formal education required


    • Demonstrable ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a team


    • A strong appetite for problem-solving and innovation

    Team Dynamics: You will work closely with the CTO and engage directly with the CEO and Head of Product. Within your first 9 months, you will be instrumental in achieving key milestones as we expand our customer base.
