Sales Representative (m/f/d) - Career changers welcome


You will become part of a growing sales team and benefit from our expertise as well as our lucrative commission structure.


You will be trained in one of the largest real estate markets in Germany to start a long-term and successful career as a seller of our services in the Berlin area.

Our services include interior and maintenance cleaning, glass cleaning, property management and maintenance, and landscaping.

Your responsibilities:

  • Acquisition of contracts for new and existing clients
  • Evaluation and processing of tenders in the infrastructure building management (IGM) sector
  • Preparation of contract and offer calculations
  • Creation of offer documents and their presentation
  • Conducting property inspections and assessments
  • Handing over contracts to the operational department and accompanying the onboarding of properties

Your profile:

  • Ideally, you have completed a commercial apprenticeship and have gained practical experience in the sales industry
