We develop and distribute software, hardware, and services for innovative and cost-effective solutions in the field of professional language processing. Our focus is on AI-based speech recognition, where speech is automatically converted into text.

To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for a:

Financial Accountant/ Accounting Assistant (m/f/d)

Your profile:

  • Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification
  • Relevant professional experience in accounting or as an accountant (m/f/d)
  • Additional training as a certified accountant (IHK) desirable
  • Good knowledge of common financial accounting software and MS Office package
  • Team orientation, independent and customerfriendly work, as well as communication and organizational skills are among your strengths

Your tasks:

  • Independent execution of accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting
  • Reminder and debt management
  • Creditworthiness check of customers based on credit and business information
  • Cash management with liquidity reporting, forecasting, and reporting
  • Active participation in monthly and annual financial statements
