    Description

    Job Title:

    SrContinuous Improvement LeaderOverview: As a Continuous Improvement Leader, you will be a key player in establishing an organic culture of Continuous Improvement within our organization.

    Your role is to serve and enable teams through hands-on training, facilitation of Kaizen & other Workshops, and the development of a site-tiered management structure.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Conduct hands-on Lean Green Belt training sessions, focusing on practical applications, and understanding of lean principles.
    Facilitate and lead continuous improvement events (Kaizen) with a collaborative approach, encouraging participation and input from team members.
    Conduct layered process audits to ensure the sustainment of continuous improvement projects after completion.

    Assist in the implementation and sustainment of site-tiered management structure including SQDC Gemba Boards, Value Stream Transformation Boards, and Site Strategy Deployment.

    Utilize strong interpersonal skills to lead and collaborate with teams across departments, fostering cooperation and engagement in continuous improvement initiatives.


    QualificationsEducation:


    Bachelors degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering preferred; however, relevant Continuous Improvement or Operations experience may be considered instead of a degree.

    Lean or Six Sigma Certification a plus.


    Experience:
    5+ Years leading cross-functional teams in implementing lean principles, facilitating Kaizen events, and driving positive change within operational settings

    Skills:

    Lean/Six Sigma methodologies:
    SMED, Kanban Systems, Value Stream Mapping, 5s, Poka-yoke, Pull-production, TPM, Kaizen, Standard Work, OEE, 3P, etc.
    Strong interpersonal and communication skills (leads by example).Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
