Your Mission

  • You will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, commissioning, and upkeep of laboratory equipment, machines, and PC systems at end customers and in customer operations
  • On-site training and support for end customers as well as telephone support
  • You will support developments in this area and be responsible for quality assurance and documentation according to DIN EN ISO 13485.

Your Superpowers

  • A completed technical apprenticeship
  • Basic knowledge of programming and its application
  • At least 3 years of professional experience
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Driver's license class B
  • SAP knowledge desirable
  • Performance and service-oriented
  • Confident, polite, and communicative
