We are currently seeking an experienced, qualified, and dedicated
Team Leader Finance & Accounting (m/f/d) to join our team at our headquarters in Dreieich at the earliest possible date, in a full-time position.


What to expect:
In this role, you will lead a team of employees and be responsible for the following areas:

  • Ensuring proper financial accounting for the companies under your care, including the preparation and submission of VAT returns
  • Timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB (German Commercial Code), as well as enabling employees to independently prepare these statements
  • Preparation of documents for tax returns
  • Handling of balance sheet and taxrelated matters
  • Liquidity management
  • Identification, automation, and optimization of processes
  • Leading a team of up to five employees

What sets you apart:
We are looking for qualified individuals with a degree in business administration or a completed commercial apprenticeship in the field of external accounting, ideally with additional qualifications as a certified accountant and/or
