    Job Description

    Job DescriptionMinimum 1+ years Behavior Specialist experience required.

    A School District near the Elsmere, Delewarearea is in need of a BCBA for the 23/24school year. Thispositionisfor full-time hours in a wonderfully supportive district. Previous school experience is preferred, but not required for this position. Newly licensed individuals are welcome to apply

    Job Details:

    • Full time (37.5 hours/week)
    • Will be working within an intensive & comprehensive classroom
    • Primary duties of role:
      • Support intensive & comprehensive classroom.
      • Provide district support for classroom management
      • Will be training faculty on ABA practices
      • Conduct FBAs & make BIPs.
      • Supervising RBTs

    Education & Licensure:

    • Board Certified Behavior Analyst License
    • School experience is preferred, but not required
