Cedar Creek Hospital is seeking a dynamic and talented Intake Clinician (RN), to join our team of compassionate, dedicated professionals.
The Intake Clinician obtains initial clinical phone information which is communicated to the physician on call to make a final decision regarding admission.
The Clinician may also schedule a clinical evaluation if appropriate for the client and contacts the physician.The Clinician will facilitate this process by assisting the client, family and referral sources. They also provide information to clients, families and referral sources regarding treatment programs, insurance and admission procedures.

Intake Registered Nurse Experience:
Registered Nurse RN, licensed in the State of Michigan required.
Experience in mental health or psychiatric treatment preferred.
