- Review and verify medication orders
- Prepare and dispense medications
- Monitor patient drug therapies
- Provide drug information and education to healthcare staff
- Collaborate with healthcare team to optimize patient care
- Manage pharmacy inventory and supplies
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulations
- Utilize EPIC and Pyxis systems for medication management
- Indiana Pharmacist license
- Full-time immediate availability
- Hospital experience (preferred)
- Proficiency with EPIC and Pyxis (preferred)
