The conference-tv GmbH & Co. KG, based in Hamburg, is a globally operating service provider in the fields of Unified Collaboration and Video Conferencing.

Since 2004, we have been offering software, hardware, room equipment, and services for the modern, hybrid working world - for office spaces, home offices, and digital events.

We provide independent advice and support the entire process - from consultation and conception to installation, training, and ongoing support.


Responsibilities:

  • Support in communication with customers and interface with internal service and support
  • Processing contract extensions and cancellations
  • Maintenance of the merchandise management system and associated optimization suggestions
  • Invoicing
  • Processing of incoming invoices
  • Payment transactions, dunning, and participation in controlling
  • Preparatory financial and payroll accounting, as well as communication with tax consultants
  • Planning and organizing trips
  • Office management
  • Coresponsibility for inventories

Qualifications:

  • You are convincing with a high level of commitment and initiative
  • You are communicative and teamoriented
  • You are proficient in common Microsoft Office applications
  • You have knowledge in handling merchandise management systems, ideally WooCommerce
  • You have excellent written expression
  • You are fluent in English, both written and spoken
