    Overview:


    Medivant Healthcare, a cutting-edge, fully automated injectable manufacturing & outsourcing (503B) facility based in Phoenix, AZ, is actively seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Regional Sales Director for the East region, with a primary focus on engaging and serving hospital pharmacies.

    The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving sales, building strong relationships with hospital pharmacy decision-makers, and expanding our product range.

    As the Marketing Director at Medivant Healthcare, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to promote our FDA shortlisted drugs to hospitals and clinics.

    You will lead a dynamic team and work closely with cross-functional departments to drive brand awareness, market penetration, and revenue growth.

    Location:

    Phoenix, AZ. Must be willing to relocate.

    Schedule:

    Full-time, Monday through Friday. Further details will be discussed during the interview.

    Compensation:

    Base salary:

    $120,000 - $140,000 per year.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Strategic Planning:

    Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals and FDA regulations.
    Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.

    Product Positioning and Brand Management:

    Define and communicate the unique value propositions of our FDA shortlisted drugs.
    Oversee the development of marketing materials, ensuring consistency in messaging and brand representation.

    Market Research:

    Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, industry trends, and potential market gaps.
    Utilize data-driven insights to guide decision-making and refine marketing strategies.

    Collaboration and Cross-Functional Leadership:

    Work collaboratively with Sales, R&D, Regulatory Affairs, and other departments to ensure alignment in marketing efforts.
    Lead, mentor, and inspire the marketing team to achieve individual and collective goals.

    Campaign Development and Execution:

    Create and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns to reach target audiences effectively.
    Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments as needed.

    Event Management:

    Plan and coordinate participation in industry conferences, trade shows, and other relevant events.
    Develop strategies to maximize visibility and engagement during events.

    Regulatory Compliance:

    Stay abreast of FDA regulations and ensure all marketing materials and activities comply with relevant guidelines.
    Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs to secure necessary approvals for promotional materials.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
    Proven experience in pharmaceutical marketing, with a focus on FDA-regulated products.
    Strong understanding of FDA guidelines and compliance requirements.
    Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies.
    Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    Requirements

    :

    Minimum of 10 years of sales/marketing experience in pharmaceuticals.
    Must be willing to relocate to our Phoenix office within 7 months of joining.
