    Our client is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing professional who is a strategic thinker with a robust background in digital marketing, particularly within the legal sector or similar industries to lead thier comprehensive marketing efforts.

    Education/Experience:

    • 3+ years marketing experience.
    • Familiarity with the personal injury market
    • Proven track record of successful marketing strategies and campaigns. Increased qualified leads, engagement, customers, revenue, followers, etc.
    • Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, social media management, and digital advertising.
    • Experience with marketing analytics tools and capability to translate data into actionable insights.
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
    • Google Analytics. Google ads. TikTok marketing. Salesforce. Canva. WordPress. Meta Business Suite. Facebook Ads. Youtube ads. X ads. OTT. Hulu ads.
    • Content development. Video editing. Email marketing. Branding.

    Responsibilities:

    • Strategic Oversight: Develop and implement a cohesive marketing plan to increase brand awareness and client acquisition.
    • Mix of Traditional & Digital: Effective strategies involve a blend of traditional channels (TV, billboards) and robust digital marketing (SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing).
    • Vendor liaison: Act as the primary contact for external agencies and partners in managing outsourced marketing functions such as our Local Services Ads, SEO, broadcast, and outdoor posters.
    • Budget Management: Must skillfully allocate budgets to achieve the best possible results.
    • Social media streamlining and expansion: Implementing, managing, and streamlining our social media campaigns on Facebook ads through A/B testing, lookalike audiences, retargeting, and well-designed content. Initiating our presence on new platforms like TikTok, X, and YouTube.
    • Managing content: Employing resources for top-notch content creation designed to accomplish all funnel objectives and attract broader audiences. Using automation strategies and leveraging AI.
    • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor campaign performance, analyze key marketing metrics, and adjust strategies as needed while leveraging our CRM to maximize capabilities. Implement and refine tracking, attribution, and conversion methods.
    • Lead Generation Focus: Success is heavily tied to the ability to generate a consistent flow of qualified leads.
    • Community Partnership: Enhance and manage our community marketing platform, including our new corporate sponsorship with the University of Louisville Athletics program.
