    Description

    Join the Jabra team as a Customer Service & Fulfillment Representative

    **Key Responsibilities:**

    Report generation on ad hoc basis

    Inventory reports for Sales and Distributors

    Weekly inventory reconciliation with Finance

    Backorder report to Sales

    Shipment report to customers and Sales

    Support with Supply Planning with Order Allocation

    **Distribution Center Activities:**

    Set-up and manage Standard Operating Procedures for special customer requirements in alignment with company policy and 3PL

    Manage customer complaints (returns, picking errors, lost shipments, damages)

    Work with and support internal departments in regard to activities at the Distribution Center

    Customer rework initiatives

    Product constraint allocations

    Ensure that orders are being processed to the warehouse and any shipment issues are prioritized and resolved for customers.

    Participate in end of month and end of quarter Business Review Meetings to inform the status of orders related to goals being met.

    **Criteria of success:**

    Fully functional and professional team member who is capable of managing the daily order management process both in regard to the 3PL and the ERP system environment.

    Order fulfilment on time and within SLA as well as high customer satisfaction within the Region.

    Support organizational goal to meet 98.5% on time in full (OTIF) and 92.5% on time to Request to assigned customer account set

    Develop relationship with internal departments in order to align Company goal Listen Challenge - Transform

    **Customers, relationships, partners (internal and external):**

    Internal: Sales,IT, Master data, Regional Supply Planning, Product marketing, Tech support

    External 3PL, Customers

    **Operational, Tactical or Strategic level:**

    Operational

    **Professional skills:**

    **(requirements)**

    Bachelors degree 2 - 3 years work experience within Logistics & Operation or Supply Chain Management

    Business partner, Retail and/or channel experience preferred

    Be able to work independently utilizing strong decision-making skills with time management and prioritization

    Acute attention to detail

    User of ERP system with broad experience with and understanding of AX or other ERP system and the system functionality IT-wise

    Strong MS office skills especially Excel

    **Travel Requirements:**

    20% domestically and/or internationally
