Role:


As the smile consultant at your branch, you and your colleague will be responsible for sales and collections.


Responsibilities:


  • Embody and uphold our company values
  • Guide patients towards accepting treatment by: Preparing for appointments, leveraging your skills to build trust and address any concerns, maintaining relationships through consistent follow-up to ensure patient retention.
  • Manage all patient payments
  • Monitor patient progress and support their journey, even post-deposit.
  • Attend weekly training sessions

Requirements:


  • On-site availability from 8AM to 5PM with willingness to work additional hours for success (uncapped commission structure)
  • Demonstrated sales success (internal experience considered) meeting performance metrics
  • Integrity, prioritizing patient experience and satisfaction
  • Find fulfillment in making a difference in people's lives daily
  • Strong communication skills
  • Confidence in yourself and the product you represent
  • Proactive self-starter with flexibility and a motivated, upbeat attitude

Experience a Day as an Implant Sales Rep at Nuvia:

  • Participate in team meetings and motivational sessions to kickstart your day
  • Engage with potential patients to discuss full arch dental implant procedures
  • Communicate and follow up with patients to understand their needs and motivations
  • Present patient cases to in-house doctors for diagnosis
  • Assist patients in overcoming treatment barriers
  • Coordinate with admin team for scheduling
  • Share the joy with patients upon receiving their new smiles

The main challenge of this role involves managing multiple patients and diverse situations with consistency being crucial. Adaptability and coachability are essential
