    Description
    summary Now Hiring Team Lead in a climate controlled facility located in Mantachie, MS Hours6:15a-3:15p Monday-Friday Salary$16 per hour

    Position Summary:
    Proficient in all Inspector job requirements. Assists Supervisor with project set-up, monitoring, auditing, and completion. Train inspectors to meet job requirements. Demonstrate structure and urgency on all tasks, place priority on safety first.


    Physical Requirements:
    Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch and manipulate weights of 10-50 pounds for extended periods of time.
    Hand/eye coordination with arm/hand/finger dexterity including the ability to grasp with visual acuity.

    20/20 vision/corrected vision with no color blindnessRead, comprehend, and apply written work instructionAble to pass a criminal background checkAble to pass initial and subsequent drug screeningsEducation/Experience Requirements:
    High school diploma; up to four years of college or technical school preferredAt least four years of work experienceProficient in the use of Microsoft Office required-skills:

    Job Requirements:
    Able to multi-task, and train and monitor the work of othersAble to effectively and efficiently work in a fast-paced environmentDevelop detailed work instructions (including pictures, steep-by-step instructions, etc.)


    Perform layered audits (people, parts, process, paperwork, protection)Monitor active projects for the arrival of certified material and communicate certified material receipt in a timely manner.

    Use project board to manage active projectsAble to use powered and non-powered hand toolsMaintain control of tools used on projects and request tool replacements, as neededMaintain compliance with ISO 9001:2008 certifications and requirementsDrive customer service through regular customer interaction, escalating opportunities for improvement in a timely manner.

    Report inspector performance and disciplinary issues to SupervisorCommunicate project activity and needs throughout shiftEnsure work areas are clean and organizedTrain, shadow, and monitor inspectorsStrong written and oral communicationAll other duties, as assigned #rmfgindeed
