As the Director of Sales and Marketing at ProMAX Systems, I lead the sales and marketing initiatives for a technology company that offers innovative media production and post-production solutions. With over 5 years of experience in sales and marketing roles across diverse industries, I am passionate about driving business growth and delivering exceptional value to our customers.

My core competencies include developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans, managing budgets and resources, leveraging market insights and customer feedback, and overseeing cross-functional teams. I also excel at building and nurturing strong customer relationships, creating tailored solutions, and executing effective marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and generate high-quality leads. Through my leadership and expertise, I have contributed to the successful transition of ProMAX Systems to a SaaS model, surpassing sales targets, expanding market presence, and increasing customer retention.

At 40 years old, I returned to school and completed a Bachelor of Business Administration Marketing degree. I did this while working full-time, volunteering, and spending as much family time as possible while completing my degree in under 1 year. I am also a graduate of the Sandler Sales program.
