Highly organized, great communicator, team player and leader. Motivated to assist in completing work in a timely and efficient manner and use the processes and procedures of the department. I am highly skilled at administrative tasks and skills and helping to create ways to be more professional and successful. I have skills in the hiring and training process and am passionate about working with a team of professionals.
Education
Although I do not have a degree, I am a certified Life Coach and a Level II Sommelier (wine specialist). The Life Coach certification program taught me valuable skills to talk with and encourage people to work through necessary memories and life experiences to set goals to better themselves where they feel they need to grow. My most relevant education, is actually work and life experience. I've have learned through working in different professional environments to work by myself and in teams. I have learned to help motivate myself and my team to be the best that they can be and to provide professional work ethic in every task I needed to complete. I believe in striving for efficiency and professionalism in everything I do and helping the company succeed in every area possible.
