    About:


    Are you an experienced and ambitious enterprise Product Marketing Lead looking to make a significant impact in the cybersecurity industry? Oleria is an enterprise cybersecurity startup founded by notable industry senior leaders Jim Alkove and Jagadeesh Kunda , with deep security, data, and SaaS experience building and securing some of the world's largest platforms and products used by billions of people worldwide every day.

    We raised $8M in seed funding led by Salesforce Ventures with participation from Tapestry VC and industry luminary angel investors.

    We seek an experienced Account Executive to join our growing go-to-market team based in our Bellevue, WA headquarters.

    We recognize that identity-based attacks on software as a service (SaaS) applications are becoming increasingly common, highlighting the importance of addressing access risks to prevent data breaches.

    Traditional access management methods are human-intensive and often have significant blind spots, making it challenging to manage access risks effectively.

    At Oleria, we are on a mission to revolutionize access control tooling for enterprise SaaS applications, aiming to reduce the opportunity and scope of data breaches drastically.

    Job Overview:


    As our Product Marketing Lead, you will leverage your end-to-end B2B marketing expertise and storytelling skills to position Oleria as an innovative leader in our category and ensure our target customers understand and embrace our differentiated value, thereby creating significant demand for our solutions.

    As a strategic, hands-on leader with a "roll up your sleeves" mentality, you will collaborate with internal colleagues (especially product management and sales) as well as with partner agencies to deliver tangible business results.

    And, as an integral member of our growing Go To Market team, you will be involved in shaping our overall strategic direction and provide a major catalyst for our growth.


    Responsibilities:

    Market Intelligence:
    Analyze key market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to inform product positioning and go-to-market strategies.

    Messaging and Positioning:
    Develop clear, compelling messaging and value propositions that differentiate our solutions in the market.

    Sales Enablement:

    Partner closely with the sales team to develop the necessary tools, resources, and training to effectively position and sell our solutions.


    Content Creation:
    Oversee the creation of digital and physical marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, case studies, and website content.

    Product Launches & Events:
    Lead cross-functional teams to successfully introduce new solutions and features, managing timelines and deliverables.

    Analyst and Media Relations:

    As one of our most effective evangelists, you will collaborate with our agency partner to engage with key analysts and media to deliver and refine our messages.


    Customer Insights:
    Gather customer feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.

    Performance Metrics:
    Track and analyze product marketing performance metrics to continually optimize strategies.

    Skills and Qualifications:

    6+ years as a Director of Product Marketing and/or Product Management in enterprise software (cybersecurity experience preferred)
    Compelling storyteller and evangelist
    Strategic leader with a hands on approach
    Strong embrace of data driven decisions
    Results-oriented, "roll up your sleeves" mindset with a focus on measurement, ROI, experimentation and continuous improvement
    Expert level written, verbal and presentation communication skills
    A positive, resilient, accountable and results-oriented attitude
    Successful experience thriving in a dynamic, hypergrowth environment
    BA/BS/MBA in business, marketing or a related field (or equivalent work experience)

    The annual compensation range being offered for this role depending on individual candidate level and experience is $150,000 to $250,000 including base salary and commission.
