    As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing team in executing and coordinating various marketing activities.

    This position requires a versatile individual with strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.

    Reporting to the Business Development Manager, the Marketing Coordinator will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of marketing campaigns, events, and initiatives.

    The role


    Campaign Coordination:
    Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
    Project manage marketing/public relations projects on time and on budget
    Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of campaign assets and materials.
    Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights for optimization.

    Content Development:


    Collaborate with internal teams and external providers to design marketing collateral, including social media posts, blog posts, videos, brochures, and other promotional materials.

    Manage email marketing service and draft/send routine email newsletters to stakeholders.
    Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all communication channels.

    Event Management:
    Plan and coordinate marketing events, including trade shows, conferences, and webinars.
    Manage logistics, timelines, and communication to ensure successful event execution.

    Digital Marketing & Earned Media:
    Support digital marketing initiatives, including email marketing, social media management, and online advertising.
    Manage earned media schedule and internal coordination.
    Write press releases and copy for print and online media.
    Assist in management of Whitefox website, copy writing, and light website programming.
    Assist in the development and execution of SEO and SEM strategies.

    Analytics and Reporting:
    Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives.
    Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, providing actionable insights.

    Collaboration:
    Work closely with graphic designers, copywriters, and other team members to ensure cohesive and effective marketing materials.
    Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.
    Assist in brand management.

    Market Research:
    Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
    Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis.

    Administrative Support:
    Assist in budget management, invoice processing, CRM management, and other administrative tasks as needed.
    Maintain organized documentation of marketing materials and assets.
    Other related duties as requested.
    What you'll bring

    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
    Proven experience in marketing coordination or a similar role.
    Experience in graphic design and content management.
    Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and graphic design tools, such as Canva and Adobe Photoshop.
    Knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices.
    Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
    Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    Ability to travel to client sites and conferences.
    Familiarity with technical writing is a plus.
    Detail-oriented and highly organized.
    Creative thinker with problem-solving skills.
    Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    Strong interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.
    Enthusiastic and adaptable to evolving marketing strategies.
