Quality Management Project Leader in Oakleaf Plantation, FL

Responsibilities:

  • Planning and implementation of the most effective personnel deployment, personnel scheduling (aiming for minimal overhead costs), and project management
  • Technical leadership, training, and support for operational employees
  • Documentation of errors, test and work results, and their evaluation
  • Responsibility for compliance with occupational safety and working time laws (including safety training)
  • Responsibility for the implementation of all organizational processes (e.g. compliance and creation of work instructions)
  • Communication with the customer onsite
  • Reporting to the customer as well as within the organization

Qualifications:

  • Completed vocational training, preferably in the automotive industry, with a degree as a technician/master or various further education in the automotive industry
  • Ideally, you have first experience as a project leader (m/f/d) in quality inspection/incoming goods inspection of components in the automotive or metal industry
  • Leadership and project experience
  • MS Office knowledge required, SAP knowledge in
