    Wat ga je doen
    Binnen Louwman Dealer Group (hierna: LDG) kennen we vijf hoofdomeinen. Deze vacature staat uit voor het After Sales domein; kort gezegd alle activiteiten in onze 60+ werkplaatsen en bijbehorende magazijnen. In dit domein maken we met circa 1.110 collega's op jaarbasis klanten blij. Als je dus serieuze impact wilt maken is dit je kans
    Er ligt een forse verbeterpotentie op After Sales. Vanuit de business zijn circa 25 initiatieven met een initiatiefeigenaar gedefinieerd die deze potentie werkelijkheid kunnen maken. Als Change lead stuur je de dagelijkse transformatie aan. Je bent het eerste contactpunt voor alle initiatiefnemers, die je helpt hun initiatieven te realiseren. Daarnaast stuur je een project manager aan en neem je zelf ook enkele initiatieven voor je rekening. Met de After Sales sponsor (de business verantwoordelijke) neem je simpel gezegd de verantwoordelijkheid alle transformaties met de juiste snelheid en kwaliteit in goede banen te leiden. Alles om de transformatie succesvol te maken
    De vacature staat uit binnen het centrale Transformatie team van LDG. Dit is een groeiend team van momenteel 10 vakvolwassen Change leads en (senior) Project managers. Gezien initiatieven regelmatig in meerdere domeinen impact maken, werk je onderling veel samen met de Change leads van de andere vier domeinen. Inhoudelijk werk je hoofdzakelijk binnen het After Sales domein, met een vijftal dedicated After Sales experts. Verder werk je veel samen met de initiatiefeigenaren, de Product Owner en natuurlijk de business zelf. Je neemt de lead, maar staat er nooit alleen voor. Samen tillen jullie After Sales naar een hoger level

    Wie ben jij?
    Je bent een geboren verbeteraar die in de wieg is gelegd om organisaties succesvoller te maken. Verder:
    Ben je scherp, ziet waar het beter kan en snapt dat niet elk probleem is wat het lijkt;
    Ben je analytisch en communicatief sterk; je bent goed met cijfers én met mensen;
    Ben je een stevige, verbindende persoonlijkheid die maximale haalt uit het totale speelveld van betrokken collega's;
    Ben je in staat wat moeilijk is makkelijk te maken in plaats van andersom;
    Heb je tussen de vier tot tien jaar ervaring binnen de wereld van projectmanagement, bij voorkeur in de consultancy;
    Heb je een wo opleiding afgerond, bij voorkeur met een cijfermatige component;
    Woonachtig in de omgeving van Den Haag.
