    Salary:
    $100,000 - $130,000. We pay in smiles, high-fives, and of course, cash - all based on your experience and mojo.


    Your Mission:


    • Team up with the Engineering Manager and our crew of problem-solvers to supercharge our facility with engineering wizardry, upgrades, and tweaks.
    • Own the spotlight on production, assembly, tooling, and calibration stages, making sure they shine like the stars they are.
    • Craft manufacturing methods that are smoother than jazz and create process routes that'll make your head spin (in a good way).
    • Design, source, and bring to life the coolest tooling and finishing gear within budgetary bounds - because who said engineering can't be groovy?
    • Crunch numbers like a pro with cost/benefit analyses that'll make spreadsheets sing and dances flow.
    • Lead the charge on safety, making sure our workplace is as secure as a bear hug.
    • Spot quality gremlins and zap 'em out of existence, ensuring our products are as flawless as your dance moves.
    • Drive high-impact projects that'll shake up the industry, slashing defects and cranking up productivity like never before.
    • Get your hands dirty with lean manufacturing and be the MVP of our efficiency game.
    • Upgrade the tool room like a boss, because every superhero needs a kick-ass lair.
    • Jam with our manufacturing squad, sharing knowledge, blueprints, and the occasional joke or two.

    Your Arsenal:


    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering - Mechanical, Industrial, or anything that makes you tick.
    • years of engineering exploits under your belt, whether it's slaying projects or juggling manufacturing chaos.
    • Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma skills that'll make your resume pop - certifications? Even better
    • Design chops that could make Picasso blush (or at least nod in approval).
    • Familiarity with SolidWorks, Pro/Engineer, or any 3D CAD tool that makes your heart sing.
    • Battle scars from manufacturing realms like metals, automotive, or anything that's as tough as you are.
