    Description


    Coilcraft is a successful, privately held company in Cary, IL with a worldwide reputation for high quality passive electronic components.

    Coilcraft operates in a wide range of industries, including telecommunications, computers, automotive, broadband communications and consumer electronics. We are seeking a skilled individual to join our manufacturing engineering team.


    Job Responsibilities:


    Partner with local engineering teams as well as multiple site plant managers to execute and ensure efficient productions methods and processes for complex projects and product lines.


    Develop or make recommendations for manufacturing process improvements, including cost reductions and efficiencies, by utilizing knowledge of product design, materials, and parts, production equipment capabilities and quality control methods.

    Develop cost quotations that ensure products meet reliability and performance requirements at the lowest total cost.

    Assist in the project management for the development of new automation.


    Job Requirements:
    Mechanical, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering degree.

    3+ years previous work experience in a manufacturing environment.

    Project management experience a plus.

    Experience working with high speed automation machinery a plus.

    Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

    Ability to work well under pressure.

    Ability to work with Microsoft Excel.

    Strong written and communication skills.
