And you can too, so bring your energy to oursThe Commercial Contract Analyst II is responsible for analyzing, developing, updating, and maintaining our contracts and/or marketing agreements. The ability to collaborate with others to resolve customer issues and attention to detail are keys to success

Responsibilities/Expectations:
- Prepares and coordinates the creation, redlining, and execution of agreements, amendments, terminations, letters, and contractual notices as the need arises
- Communicates with internal and external partners to collaborate on contract and document drafts
- Maintains existing agreements within our contract management system and ensures contractual documents are in compliance with our policies and guidelines
- Prepares and develops contract data reports as requested by internal partners
- Contributes on special projects from internal or external data requests
- Other duties as assigned
Education/Years of Experience:
- Required: High School Diploma/GED and a minimum of one (1) year experience
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in business, energy management, finance, accounting, or paralegal studies and three (3) years' experience in energy
Other Requirements:
- Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and PC skills
