    Description
    We're seeking Resource Center Specialists/Call Center Representatives to join our team and make a difference.

    Our upcoming training class for Call Center Specialists starts on July 15, This thorough training program will equip you with the skills needed to excel in your role.

    As a Call Center Specialist, you'll provide information, assessments, and referrals to inbound callers. You'll also evaluate suicide risk, offer emotional support, and create safety plans with clients. Your responsibilities will include delivering referrals, counseling, and crisis intervention via phone, text, and social media.


    Salary :
    Starting pay $18 per hour, with opportunities for shift differentials. Higher rates are available for candidates with additional language skills and educational qualifications.


    Hours :
    This is a 24/7 operation, and flexible scheduling is required.

    Initial training will take place from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm for 2 weeks, possibly extending up to 4 weeks.

    After training, the schedule will transition to your assigned shift. Available shifts will be overnight (11:00 pm to 7:30 am) and evenings (3:00 pm to 11:30 pm). Shifts will be assigned based on availability and coverage needs. Additionally, employees must be available to work at least one weekend day (e.g., Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday).

    Core Qualifications :
    High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associates Degree preferred.
    Two years of customer service, social work, or human services experience required.
    Ability to establish rapport and effectively communicate.
    Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and confidentiality.
    Proficiency in computer systems.
    Bi-lingual (Spanish, Creole) preferred.
