Position Summary:
We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our team.

You will work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer and marketing team to create and execute marketing campaigns that promote our products and brands.

This versatile position requires a passion for marketing and a solid background in crafting and implementing effective campaigns with results that can be easily measured.

Responsibilities:
Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer behavior and the competitive landscape
Design and implement marketing campaigns to promote products or services that may involve coordination across different media channels
Craft compelling content for various platforms such as websites, blogs, and social media outlets to engage audiences and promote brand messages
Assist with the company's social media strategies
Enhance website visibility and traffic through search engine optimization techniques and manage paid advertising campaigns to maximize online presence and lead generation
Analyze marketing data to identify trends, measure campaign effectiveness, and make data-driven decision to optimize future marketing strategies
Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, insight gained from analytics, and progress towards marketing objectives
Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
High school education and/or training certification, or equivalent experience
Associate or bachelor's degree in marketing, or relevant field
1-2 years of experience in marketing or equivalent education
Strong and fluent in verbal/written communications in English
Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
Demonstrated experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram)
Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere) a plus
Knowledge/experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) a plus
