    Job Description:

    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Recruiter to join our team. As a Corporate Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent to meet our organization's staffing needs. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that we have a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for various positions within our healthcare staffing company. Hourly plus commission.

    Duties:
    - work with effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
    - Conduct thorough screening and assessment of applicants to determine their qualifications and fit for the organization
    - Utilize various recruitment methods, such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to source potential candidates
    - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements of each position
    - Conduct interviews and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers
    - Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, reference checks, and offer negotiations
    - Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
    - Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition

    Requirements:
    - Proven experience as a Corporate Recruiter or similar role.
    - In-depth knowledge of recruitment strategies and techniques
    - Familiarity with HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), such as PeopleSoft,

    Strong understanding of employment labor laws and regulations
    - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    - Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
    - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
    - Experience with succession planning, employee evaluation, employee relations, and negotiation skills is preferred
