    Job Description:

    is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to spearhead our expansion into the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of our direct sourcing technology to hospitals and medical systems, identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders within the healthcare industry.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and expand 's presence in the healthcare sector.
    • Identify and prioritize target accounts within the hospital and medical system market, including large healthcare networks, academic medical centers, and community hospitals.
    • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by prospecting and qualifying leads through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, networking events, and industry conferences.
    • Conduct thorough needs assessments and product demonstrations to understand prospective clients' staffing challenges and demonstrate how 's direct sourcing technology can address their needs.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and collateral to support sales efforts and generate leads.
    • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to key decision-makers, including C-level executives and department heads, outlining the value proposition of 's solutions.
    • Negotiate pricing and contract terms, ensuring favorable agreements for both and the client.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the sales process, providing ongoing support and addressing any questions or concerns.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes affecting the healthcare staffing market.
    • Provide regular sales forecasts, progress reports, and updates to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities for growth.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare management, or related field or equivalent experience preferred.
    • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a background in healthcare staffing or selling SaaS solutions and technology products to the healthcare industry is preferred.
    • Deep understanding of the healthcare landscape, including knowledge of hospital operations as they pertain to staffing challenges.
    • Proficiency in utilizing CRM tools such as Apollo and HubSpot for outreach and lead management, demonstrating the ability to efficiently organize and track sales activities.
    • Strong network of contacts within the healthcare industry, particularly among hospital administrators, HR directors, Chief Nursing Officers, and procurement professionals.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
    • Highly motivated self-starter with a proactive approach to prospecting and lead generation.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
