    Olin Chlor Alkali Products and Vinyls, a division of Olin Corporation, is seeking a Business Planner - Alkali and Bleach.This position will be located at any U.S. Olin plant or office location. In this role, you will serve as the liaison between the marketing, supply chain, manufacturing, customer service and other functions within Olin. This position drives operational effectiveness for the Caustic Soda and KOH businesses, productivity improvements and margin optimization.

    Essential Functions:

    • Caustic and KOH demand planning and tracking
    • Margin and sourcing optimization
    • Activation support and unplanned event response
    • Reporting
    • Rail Planning and Schedule
    Position Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree* required. Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Business or related discipline preferred.
    • 5years of Olin experience in a related role required. Manufacturing, Supply Chain and/or Commercial experience preferred.
    • Demonstrated ability to problem solve and work in a team environment.
    • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills - verbal and written.
    • Highly motivated, action-oriented, results-driven individual.
    • Team-based problem-solving skills; strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
    • Highly capable with reporting and visualization tools (Excel, Power BI, SalesForce, etc.) with ability to create reports and dashboards.
    *Degree must be from a school that is accredited by an accrediting agency recognized by the Secretary of Education of the U.S. Department of Education or equivalent program from an international university.
