    Description

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or related Engineering field, Economics, Business Administration, or relevant work experience.
    • 3+ years of experience in the Automotive Manufacturing Industry.

    Knowledge:

    • Plastics, process, and coating technologies.
    • Production methods (e.g., Toyota Production System, Lean Manufacturing, Value Stream Mapping).
    • Quality management systems in the automotive industry.
    • Measuring room technology, laboratory methods.
    • Management techniques.
    • PPAP (Production Part Approval Process).
    • IT Knowledge (Office, SAP).
    • English language skills.

    Organizational Integration:

    3.1 Supervisors Function:

    Quality Manager, Superintendent, Supervisor.

    3.2 Subordinates Function:

    Quality Technicians.

    3.3 Represented for (Function):

    Quality Engineer.

    3.4 Represented by (Function):

    Quality Engineer.

    Purpose of the Job:

    Enforcement and optimization of the QA management system to ensure fulfillment.

    Main Tasks:

    Ensure implementation and compliance with the QA management system across all affected departments.

    1. Ensure compliance with all documentation systems, customer portals, etc.
    2. Provide regular reporting on the current QA situation.
    3. Implement error elimination measures and process optimization.
    4. Introduce and maintain modern measurement and evaluation systems for QA.
    5. Provide preventive customer support.
    6. Conduct audits.
    7. Ensure high supply quality through regular monitoring of purchased parts.
    8. Fulfill requirements of China's Implementation Rules for Compulsory Certification of Motor Vehicle Products.
    9. Ensure CCC certified products comply with Chinese product standards.
    10. Control labeling and marking procedures for products with CCC logo.
    11. Develop and implement the CoP Control Plan.
    12. Announce relevant changes to the Chinese Certification Authority before production of marked CCC products.

    Special Responsibilities:

    1. Optimize project-related advanced quality planning activities for assigned programs, including cradle-to-grave management of quality activities.
    2. Represent Quality in project meetings for assigned programs.
    3. Create, track, address, and close open items related to Quality in projects.
    4. Report on the current QA situation during various project phases.
    5. Organize and plan PPAP activities for on-time submissions.
    6. Manage all PRAM items in I-Share and report during project reviews.
    7. Manage all engineering change evaluations and implementations in I-Share for Quality.
    8. Attend tooling trials for Quality if needed.
