- Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or related Engineering field, Economics, Business Administration, or relevant work experience.
- 3+ years of experience in the Automotive Manufacturing Industry.
- Plastics, process, and coating technologies.
- Production methods (e.g., Toyota Production System, Lean Manufacturing, Value Stream Mapping).
- Quality management systems in the automotive industry.
- Measuring room technology, laboratory methods.
- Management techniques.
- PPAP (Production Part Approval Process).
- IT Knowledge (Office, SAP).
- English language skills.
- Ensure compliance with all documentation systems, customer portals, etc.
- Provide regular reporting on the current QA situation.
- Implement error elimination measures and process optimization.
- Introduce and maintain modern measurement and evaluation systems for QA.
- Provide preventive customer support.
- Conduct audits.
- Ensure high supply quality through regular monitoring of purchased parts.
- Fulfill requirements of China's Implementation Rules for Compulsory Certification of Motor Vehicle Products.
- Ensure CCC certified products comply with Chinese product standards.
- Control labeling and marking procedures for products with CCC logo.
- Develop and implement the CoP Control Plan.
- Announce relevant changes to the Chinese Certification Authority before production of marked CCC products.
- Optimize project-related advanced quality planning activities for assigned programs, including cradle-to-grave management of quality activities.
- Represent Quality in project meetings for assigned programs.
- Create, track, address, and close open items related to Quality in projects.
- Report on the current QA situation during various project phases.
- Organize and plan PPAP activities for on-time submissions.
- Manage all PRAM items in I-Share and report during project reviews.
- Manage all engineering change evaluations and implementations in I-Share for Quality.
- Attend tooling trials for Quality if needed.
