From here, we deliver daily to organic stores, supermarkets, health food stores, farm shops, and restaurants in the northeast of Germany - from Rügen to the Spreewald.

To support our continued growth, we are looking for a

Purchasing Dispatcher (m/f/d) for Dry Goods and Toiletries:


Your responsibilities:


  • You ensure the availability of our products and daily manage the purchasing of dry goods and toiletries through our inventory management system
  • You maintain article and supplier data in our inventory management system
  • You ensure the accuracy of invoices and handle purchasingrelated complaints
  • You compare products and suppliers in terms of quality and conditions, and maintain and develop our product range
  • You work closely with our sales team, marketing department, and customers to make adjustments to our product range and plan promotions
  • You support with order acceptance and order processing

Your qualifications:


  • A commercial education with relevant work experience
  • Firsthand experience in purchasing or inventory management of food products, ideally in the categories of dry goods and toiletries
