Description
We are currently seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Stockroom Utility Operator.

In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our stockroom by performing a variety of tasks related to inventory management, organization, and logistics.


Responsibilities:


  • Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming shipments of goods and materials.
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient stockroom operations.
  • Assist in picking, packing, and shipping orders according to company standards and procedures.
  • Utilize inventory management systems to track stock movements and update inventory records.
  • Conduct regular stock checks and assist in inventory reconciliation processes.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the stockroom, including shelving and storage areas.
  • Collaborate with other team members to fulfill orders and meet customer demands in a timely manner.
  • Operate stockroom equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Assist in other duties and projects as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a stockroom or warehouse environment preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and inventory management.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects and operate stockroom equipment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management software.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours as needed, including weekends and holidays.
  • Strong commitment to safety practices and protocols.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the company.

Job Types:
Full-time, Contract


Pay:
$ $41.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
