Outplacement Consultant (m/f/d) in Palisades Park, NJ

Are you looking for a new job? We are currently seeking several experienced and empathetic Outplacement Consultants (m/f/d) who can thrive in a dynamic corporate environment and effectively support employees during their career transition process.

As an integral part of our client's newly established coaching and consulting center, you will be responsible for professionally guiding the personnel restructuring at the Saarbrücken location.

What we offer you:

An attractive salary ranging from €5,000 to €6,600 gross per month
The position is initially limited to 12 months (with the possibility of extension)
Possible start dates are: April 1, 2024, May 1, 2024, or June 3, 202
The workload is 38 hours per week

Your responsibilities as an Outplacement Consultant:

Individual support for employees during their transition to new jobs and identification of suitable positions in the job market
Support of change processes through professional consulting and coaching
Application of aptitude diagnostic methods to clarify professional positioning
Identification of training needs and development of individual marketing strategies
Active placement of employees through targeted job search and coaching in application campaigns
Conducting trainings to improve communication skills in job interviews and preparation for salary and contract negotiations
