Sales Representative Inside Sales (m/f/d)

Your mission

  • You are responsible for researching and identifying new potential customers
  • You make initial contact with target customers by phone and schedule appointments for the outside sales team
  • You support in the preparation and follow-up of customer appointments
  • Recording, maintaining and updating all activities in the sales system are part of your duties
  • You also handle price inquiries and create quotes
  • You independently handle projects in coordination with the specialist departments
  • You are responsible for the preparation and organization of customer appointments and events

Your superpowers

  • Ideally, you have completed an apprenticeship as a merchant (m/f/d) for forwarding and logistics services or have a comparable qualification in the field of transport and logistics
  • You have already worked in the forwarding industry and ideally have gained experience in inside sales
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong service and customer orientation are among your strengths
