What you bring with you:


  • Successfully completed technical training as a process mechanic (m/f/d) for plastics and rubber technology or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience or training in the field of quality assurance desirable (e.g. quality management specialist (m/f/d) or measurement equipment coordinator (m/f/d))
  • Knowledge of personnel management is advantageous
  • Initiative, solutionoriented, reliable, and disciplined work ethic
  • High motivation for continuous improvement and fascination for complex issues
  • Ability to think analytically and processually with good communication and cooperation skills
  • Good German and English skills
