Conduct due diligence, draft and review transactional documents, and assist in negotiations.Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on various corporate matters, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the firm to provide comprehensive legal solutions to clients.

~5-7 years of solid experience in corporate transactions and business law at a reputable law firm or relevant legal environment. Strong understanding of corporate transactions and business law principles, mergers and acquisitions(A MUST), securities regulations, and financing transactions.
