We are looking for an Immigration Associate Attorney to join our fast-paced immigration law firm. For this vital position, we seek a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual who has had prior experience in immigration law.

Qualifications:

• Licensed to practice law
• Bilingual: English and Spanish
• Prior exposure to immigration law
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, detail-oriented, and the ability to effectively multi-task in a fast-paced, high-volume law firm setting

Responsibilities:

• Perform initial consultations for and case assessments of potential new clients
• Represent individuals in removal proceedings before immigration court for master hearings, bond hearings, and individual/merit hearings
• Prepare USCIS and EOIR applications, submissions of evidence, and other documentation for the management and progression of a case
• Manage a diverse, extensive caseload and coordinate competing deadlines
• Draft motions, briefs, and appeals for a variety of immigration cases
• Consistently communicate with clients
• Manage and supervise administrative staff and paralegals

*Salary commensurate with experience, $50,000-$100,000
