- Licensed to practice law
- Bilingual: English and Spanish
- Prior exposure to immigration law
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, detail-oriented, and the ability to effectively multi-task in a fast-paced, high-volume law firm setting
- Perform initial consultations for and case assessments of potential new clients
- Represent individuals in removal proceedings before immigration court for master hearings, bond hearings, and individual/merit hearings
- Prepare USCIS and EOIR applications, submissions of evidence, and other documentation for the management and progression of a case
- Manage a diverse, extensive caseload and coordinate competing deadlines
- Draft motions, briefs, and appeals for a variety of immigration cases
- Consistently communicate with clients
- Manage and supervise administrative staff and paralegals
- Monday to Friday
