    Job Title: Real Estate Paralegal

    Position Overview:

    Join our dynamic team as a Real Estate Paralegal, where your closing experience in Massachusetts will be pivotal in supporting our attorneys and ensuring the seamless execution of real estate transactions.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct thorough title searches, resolving identified issues.
    • Prepare essential closing documents: HUD-1 Settlement Statements, closing disclosures, deeds, and mortgages.
    • Facilitate communication among clients, attorneys, lenders, and real estate agents for coordinated closings.
    • Collaborate with attorneys to schedule and organize closings.
    • Maintain accurate records of real estate transactions.
    • Draft, review, and redline various real estate legal documents.
    • Preferably experience with e-recording via platforms like Simplifile.
    • Demonstrate proficiency in e-closing software.
    • Uphold high standards of attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
    • Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer service mindset.

    Qualifications:

    • 3-4 years of relevant Real Estate Paralegal experience.
    • Proven track record in real estate transactions.
    • Ability to take ownership of projects with strong writing, negotiating, planning, and organizational skills.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
    • Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheets highly desired.
