Job description
Our client, a prestigious global investment firm specializing in private equity, alternative asset management, and financial services, is seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant to join their team in New York.
This hybrid and pivotal role involves providing high-level administrative support to senior executives, ensuring seamless operations within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Job FunctionEfficiently schedule and coordinate multiple meetings, ensuring optimal time management for executives.
Prepare agendas, gather necessary documents, and ensure all logistics are in place for meetings.
Track and report daily expenses, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Arrange both domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
Assist in creating and formatting presentations, reports, and other documents as needed.
Provide additional administrative assistance as required, demonstrating flexibility and initiative.
Job Requirements
5 years of Executive Administrative Support experience coming from Private Equity, Asset Management, Investment Management or related industry.
SAP Concur experience required.
