Experienced Line Cook Needed for Restaurant

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Line Cook to join our team at The Johnson Diner & Bar, opening this month. This position requires a professional with a proven track record in high-volume culinary environments, capable of delivering exceptional quality under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare high-quality dishes consistent with the restaurant's standards for breakfast, lunch, and dinner services.
Demonstrate expertise in a variety of cooking techniques and equipment.
Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation requirements by managing kitchen equipment and workspace.
Collaborate with the culinary team to develop menu items and improve kitchen operations.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume setting.
Strong knowledge of culinary fundamentals, including knife skills, cooking methods, and kitchen equipment.
Ability to work efficiently and calmly under pressure.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a commitment to upholding kitchen standards.
