    Bank's Incentive Plan Administration team is hiring We're looking for an analyst to join the team as an Incentive Plan Analyst.

    The role is responsible for administering business line incentive plans timely and accurately.

    Completes incentive plan administration including calculating incentive payments, performing reasonability audits on results and payment submission to payroll, as well as performing advanced data validation and research.

    Supports business line customers by providing ongoing support by answering basic to complex questions related to incentive plans and source data.

    Professionally communicates results, reports, and guidance/recommendations.

    Basic Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
    • Two or more years of related experience
    Preferred Skills/Experience

    • Strong attention to detail
    • Professional verbal and written communication skills
    • Incentive software processing development and reporting skills which may include MS Excel, MS Access, MS PowerBi, MS Power Query, testing and maintenance of databases and processes outside of ICM, as well as knowledge of ICM web client
    • Thorough knowledge of incentive plans and processing
    • Ability to prepare requirements documentation to provide to technical staff on incentive plan changes needed in Varicent ICM (Incentive Compensation Management).
    • Welldeveloped knowledge of assigned business line or functional area
    • Welldeveloped organizational, critical thinking, problem solving and analytical skills
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
    • Ability to analyze, identify and resolve incentive related data exceptions

    Location:

    The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

    Pay Range:
    $69, $81, $89,760.00
