We are looking for an Industrial Foreman (m/f/d) for our production at the Reichenbach plant in Chaires, FL.

Your
responsibilities will include the following areas:

  • Supervision of our production employees in the areas of mechanical manufacturing, sheet metal production, welding, surface treatment, warehouse, and assembly
  • Personnel deployment, vacation planning, and organization of production processes, including problem solving and material flow
  • Control of quality assurance, occupational safety, and health within the production process

Your
profile to successfully carry out the responsibilities:

  • Master's degree or state-certified technician in mechanical engineering, metal construction, mechatronics, or automotive mechatronics/vehicle technology
  • Basic knowledge of SAP and MS Office programs
  • Willingness to work in rotating shifts (morning and evening shifts)
