Responsibilities

To strengthen our team at the Bamberg location, we are looking for an experienced construction manager/project manager (m/f/d) with the following responsibilities:


Organization and Coordination:

  • Structured planning and coordination of construction site processes and resources
  • Precise control of construction schedules and budget monitoring for the project
  • Exchange and teamwork with different project participants
  • Consultation meetings and property inspections in coordination with planners and customers

Monitoring and Quality Assurance:

  • Continuous monitoring of construction progress and ensuring the highest quality standards
  • Work control and ensuring error correction in case of irregularities
  • Implementation of occupational safety measures on construction sites

Planning and Documentation:

  • Surveying, planning and cost calculation for future work
  • Recording of construction project details through the use of construction diaries and meetings
Qualifications

Do you have a completed vocational training and/or a master's certificate in one of the renovation trades (painter and varnisher, floor and tile layer, carpenter, drywall builder) or a comparable technical education as an engineer or construction technician?
