Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Human Resources Consultant for the Bundeswehr in Summerlin South.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to internal stakeholders on personnel matters and related processes.

You will also be involved in the management of application projects using established methodologies and participate in customer events.

Your responsibilities will also include conducting independent and responsible requirement analyses and workshops, as well as reporting to relevant levels of management and continuously staying updated on technology, products, and innovations in the field of human resources.

To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in Business Informatics or Human Resources, or a comparable education.

You should also have at least 5 years of experience in IT projects or application management with HR tools.

Knowledge of IT service and/or solution management, including ITIL/COBIT certifications, as well as experience with agile methodologies, is also required.

Previous experience in the public sector, particularly with the Bundeswehr, is preferred.
